About Colac Cleaning Services
Colac Cleaning and Property Services is a locally owned and family operated business which is based in Colac. For more than 29 years our company has serviced the Colac district and beyond, for all of their cleaning needs both domestic and commercial.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm. We operate seven days a week and have cleaners available 24 hours a day.
Company Principals
Colac born and raised Noel and Robyn Cuolahan have owned Colac Cleaning Services for more than 29 years. In 2009 two of their staff, Jody Foley and Richard Ellis, became partners in the business.
This move has allowed Colac Cleaning Services to improve its customer service.
To complement the knowledge within our company we have formed a number of strategic alliances with major chemical companies and equipment suppliers which allows us to draw on their expertise and better meet our customers’ needs.
Employees
Colac Cleaning Services has a number of major cleaning contracts in the district, dozens of small office and commercial cleaning contracts, and hundreds of regular domestic clients.
To service all our work requests and contracts our company employs more than 45 people.
All of our employees are residents of the Colac Otway Shire.
